How To Use
Obagi Nu-Cil™ Eyelash Enhancing Serum
- Step 1: Cleanse the skin
- Step 2: Apply a thin layer of Obagi Nu-Cil Eyelash Enhancing Serum to the base of the upper lash line. (Do not apply to the lower lid or any other areas)
- Step 3: Wait 90 seconds for product to dry completely before applying another product to the skin
Obagi Nu-Cil™ Eyebrow Boosting Serum
- Step 1: Cleanse the skin and allow the skin to completely dry.
- Step 2: Nightly, apply the serum from the root of your eyebrow and follow the natural shape of your brow.
- Step 3: Wait 90 seconds for the product to dry then continue your skincare routine. (Do not apply to any other areas)
